It is a shame - after having received if - only few bookings betweeen April and September 2010 - to have to learn now that some people expect to rent luxury high quality houses for a cheap budget price. We see the demand from our customers that we have to give you some additional information due to the oil spill:

In Cape Coral and SW Florida from the Deepwater Horizon experts do not expect to receive any oil - The beaches of SW Florida are clean!

Due to all current information they have and - thanks to the gulf stream - the area of SW Florida and especially Cape Coral will not head any confrontation with any oil spill. We would like to point out that experts confirm this fact - It is more likely to find in Europe oil from the Deepwater Horizon than in Cape Coral.
